We approach short-term stays with attention to hospitality, atmosphere, and clear understanding of how guests move through a space.

We offer three levels of styling support, shaped to meet clients where they are:

Guidance
Strategic direction for those refining a space themselves. Guidance on what to remove, rearrange, or introduce, with advice on light, paint, textiles, and flow.

Sourcing & Styling
This level includes sourcing and on-site styling using a curated mix of Vestige House inventory and existing pieces to refine the look of the space and create a cohesive, photo-ready environment. This level focuses on the finishing layers - textiles, artwork, smaller furnishings, and styling details - helping the property photograph beautifully and feel welcoming to guests.

Fully Considered
For properties undergoing a more significant shift, this comprehensive approach shapes the entire guest stay - from spatial flow and furniture placement to lighting, layered details, and the amenities that shape the experience. Every element is considered in relation to the next, creating a cohesive property that photographs beautifully, feels intuitive for guests, and creates a space people are drawn to.

All projects begin with an on-site consultation, allowing for a thoughtful assessment of the space, its purpose, and its potential. From there, the level of involvement is tailored to the needs of the property and the goals of the host.

Optional support may include professional photography coordination, integration of select antique or vintage pieces for photo-ready styling, and virtual follow-up consultations as needed.
